lost the baby/ can someone take over the March 2013 thread?
my heart is broken.
When I went in for my 8 week u/s the baby measured 6 weeks and there was only a slight flutter of a heartbeat. When I went back yesterday, which should have been 9-weeks, there was no growth, and no heartbeat.
I have to go back again in a week and if my body doesn't miscarry it then I will have to get a D&C.
This is not what I wanted to hear but I need to just move on. This was my first pregnancy and I know that this happens sometimes. We will start trying again in the Fall.
Can someone from the March 2013 group take over that thread? just PM me if you can.

I'm so very sorry!! I've been told miscarriage statistics so many times, and I shouldn't have listened to anyone and went to a specialist after our 1st miscarriage b/c we just suffered our 2nd loss and we now know I have a problem that requires medication while I'm pregnant. When you're ready, I would suggest trying to see Dr. Braverman, I am beating myself up that I didn't go see him sooner and maybe we could have prevented our 2nd loss. Again, I am incredibly sorry for your loss, it is devastating at any point in a pregnancy!

I am very sorry for your loss. Hopefully, you will get pregnant again soon and will be able to focus on good news again real soon.
It happened to me also and it was a shock to me too, so I understand what you are feeling.
The D&C is really not so bad. If you have to have one, it's over really quick and there is little pain other than period cramps after.
Again, I am so sorry for your loss.
