I guess I will be the only one freaked out by the picture. I interpret the crying as relief the pain is over.

i see pure joy!!! you have a rush at that moment, pain is usually (temporarily) forgotten.
I see both. The pain is over and well worth it because now she is holding her baby. I see so much emotion in this photo. That's why I love photography.
