Lower back cramping
I'm having sharp pains in my right lower back, and some light cramping. I'm wondering if this is early period signs or something else.
I can't really believe that I would get pregnant from one month of trying...but it is possible I guess....
Did anyone ever have sharp lower back pain and cramping as a pregnancy sign?

I had severe back pain with DD, but that was when I was 10 weeks.
Never say never!!! Hope this is a PG symptom for you!
