Lupron Period Help - TMI!
Sorry for the TMI, but I am not sure what is going on!
Is the "Lupron period" a full AF? Or is it less?
Last night was my last day of BCP. I also am on Lupron. On Saturday, I had a little dark brown spotting but didn't think much of it because I know spotting is normal on BCP and I still had a few days left of BCP. Then on Sunday afternoon, I had terrible cramps, as if I was getting AF, and some more spotting - but again, really not a lot. Yesterday, I was fine all day, but had bad cramps again at night and started to spot again. Today, I have cramps again and this time it's a little more than spotting, but sill kind of dark.
I have been playing phone tag with the nurses, but am confused as to if this is my "Lupron period" or not! I am so mad because I was going to call yesterday, but I was fine all day. The cramps and spotting didn't start until last night.
Also, did I screw up and was the spotting the previous days actually the start of my Lupron period?
Help me! TIA

UPDATE: I actually spoke with the nurse so I have my answer. She thinks my Lupron AF has started so I am going to go in tomorrow morning for my bloodwork to see if I am ready to start stimming! If not, they may bring me back 2 days later.

Glad you have your answer - I was going to say that my Lupron AF was not very heavy and it was *very* dark, like almost black (sorry, gross). You are lucky it came so quickly! Mine didn't come until 5 days after stopping bcp. Good luck!

I was totally thrown off by the color too  Then I was totally paranoid that maybe Saturday or Sunday was really the first day and I messed everything up! But I was assured that I did not!

I too got a Lupron period about 5 day after I stoped the b/c pills expect mine was red I am on folisatan now & i am still spotting but I am growing folicies the nurses & dr told me it is ok.

Hmmm, I am expecting AF within the next few days and have been on Lupron since Friday. Wonder what my AF will look like?
