DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TYLENOL!
dd is only 2 months old and we bought infant tylenol drops last month exp 01/11
I just checked and the box I have is recalled!
I am thankful I never opened it
may have jumped the gun...the box I have the UPC# is listed...where would the code or lot # be listed...the only other # on the box is AAM093 (is that the lot#? if so then we're ok)

I just double checked our bottle and its on the list......should I call the ped?? We purchased it last spring and its 1/2 empty so he has gotten about 1/2 of the bottel???

My bottle is on the list and its almost empty.  Calling ped now.
ETA We are fine I read the # wrong my lot # is SPM not SBM.

How would I know what code the Tylenol we used before my current box was one of the bad one? I can't. The current box we have is the right UPC but different lot so I am assuming it's good. But what about the previous one I bought last year and he finished? I don't have the box and empty container anymore. I mean this is ridiculous. My current code is SMM (those code go back to SDM, SCM, SBM...). Was that used chronologically?
The majority of people don't have those boxes anymore if it was manufactered in 2008 almost 1.5 years ago.
Yet our kids injected it.

I have been trying to call the number on their website for about 1/2hr now and all I keep getting is "We apologize that we cannot take your call at this time....we are experiencing extremely high call volumes" I wonder why!!! 
Also tried the ped's office, but they have no information on it as of yet!

i was told by poison control to call the 800 number and they will send you a coupon for a new bottle.
also they told me that none of the tainted liquid was packaged and bottled.
poison control isnt even sure why they are voluntarily recalling the item, bc its only causing a panic with the public.
so call the 1-800-962-5357 and you can get a refund.

In the first link Pickles posted it seems that the recall is for products at the warehouse.
Here is a quote from that link:
The recall was done on a warehouse and retail level, but products already packaged and on store shelves have "met all specifications," according to a statement by Tylenol. No bacteria has been found in any of the finished products, Tylenol said.
So apparently whatever consumers were able to buy from the stores is safe.

Do all your numbers match? For me the UPC matches but the others dont. Check again!
