Strangely enough, it changes from day to day. During the week, I usually do my makeup after I blowdry, while my flatiron is heating up. Otherwise, makeup is the last thing I do before I leave the house.

i alternate. i wear powder foundation so i need to blow out my hair after i put my make-up on to get ride of any "residue" but i generally partially blow-dry it, then do my make-up, then finish blow-drying. my hair is curly so i pretty much have to diffuse it right out of the shower before it air dries too much.
