Making oreo truffles tonight or tomorrow
Any tips that i should know. I am making htem for the 1st time and from the recipe it seems super easy.
Also do you think they will be fine if i make them tonight or tomorrow and the bake sale isnt until saturday?

No tips or tricks really here other than leave them in the fridge/freezer as long as possible before dipping it chocolate- the harder they are, the easier they are to dip.
And they'll definitely still be good for Saturday.

it is so easy to make!! I make them all the time.
First, I wanted to say that it fine you make them now and not use them until Saturday as long as they stay cool, then you are fine
My advice would be...if you have a food processor, use that to mash up the oreo (plus I use Double Stuff Oreos). After mixing the oreos and the cream cheese together, I usually keep putting the mix back in the fridge to cool off the mix. It can get super messy if it has been out and melting.
Also before I dip in the chocolate, I keep the rolled balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes. The reason I do this is because if the balls are warm, they sometimes fall apart when dipping them
