A man filed suit against his ex-girlfriend for treachery, abuse, pain, and suffering. He filed this claim after his ex-girlfriend obtained a court order commanding that he pay child support for their two year-old daughter. Reportedly the woman put aside his semen after engaging in oral sex and in secret impregnated herself. Actual events found in the2005 legal battle in Illinois.
This case is now six years old and has sparked some media awareness at the time. Curiosity still remains as to how this man was ordered to pay child support when his sperm was used unknowingly.
Reportedly the couple was on good terms in the beginning of their relationship with the intentions of marriage in the future. Obviously the girlfriend needed solid affirmation, in which after oral sex she held the sperm in her mouth. Then used a test tube to inject her boyfriend’s semen inside herself.
In the end the courts ordered the man to pay child support in spite of his ex-girlfriends devious scheme. Nonetheless the fact still remained that he was the natural father. And suitable support for his daughter had to be made.

It all began when Dr. Sharon Irons (an internist) and Dr. Richard Phillips (a family practitioner) began dating in January 1999. Dr. Irons led Dr. Phillips to believe she was divorced and within a few months, they became engaged. According to Dr. Phillips, the two discussed the possibility of having children and he made clear his intentions: that he did not want children until after they were married and any pre-marital sex would require the use of condoms. Throughout the course of their relationship, they engaged in only three instances of oral sex: they never went “all the way.”
On one of these intimate occasions, Dr. Irons did something rather remarkable: After fellating Dr. Phillips, she held his semen in her mouth (where it was suitable to sustain viability) and then inseminated herself with it. She did not inform Dr. Phillips of her actions.
Dr. Irons also never informed her boyfriend that she was, in fact, still married. Five months into their relationship, she confessed to Dr. Phillips that she was not divorced and he decided to end their relationship.
Fast-forward to November 2000, when, surprise! Dr. Irons slapped her surely stunned ex-boyfriend with court papers to establish paternity and child support for “their” daughter.

This is terrible! I can't believe they are making him pay child support and how horrible must it be for him to find out he has a child in this matter and how horrible for the child to come about this way and for having to live with an obviously insane mother.

That is crazy!!!! I mean, for all intents and purposes the child is his, and he should support her, but the way in which she did this is beyond devious!

Semen can sometimes survive up to an hour outside of the body, so she could have even spit it into a container, tube, condom, etc and then inserted it into herself w/out the guy's knowledge.
What a crazy b*tch.

I feel most sorry for the poor kid in this situation who has a psycho for a mother (and she's a dr?? shame on her)
i also feel sorry for the guy, and don't agree he should have to pay child support when he clearly said he didn't want kids before marriage and she did this 'act' completely without his knowledge.
It's different if they were having unprotected sex, but the guy has a reasonable right to expect that no kids will come out of it if they don't ever have sex!
She should be thrown in jail for that
And just hearing about how she did it.. ugh, makes me 
considering what lengths some of us have gone through to get pregnant.. If only i knew i could grab some sperm and inject it myself, i could've saved myself months of dr's visits!

i do not think this guy shoulkd have to pay a dime..it is almost like a sperm donation and she is tracking down the donor for money
