I've gotten mani and pedis with my last pregnancy. I just made sure they knew so they went easy when massaging my feet lol. I'm 22 weeks and getting a mani and pedi next week for my brother in laws wedding!

From what I heard, Essie and OPI polishes are less toxic so try for them. Or you could always bring in your own polish- I hear Zoya is great and non-toxic.

Mani/Pedi ?
My OB said as long as the salon is well ventilated it's fine. I get UV Gel but I let it go 4-6 weeks. She said since it's not every other week she is Ok with it.

You can get them; they are perfectly safe. I'm holding out until May to start getting them again(when I can show my toes).

Re: Mani/Pedi ?
Sure, they're fine. Early in your pregnancy you might be more sensitive to the smell, but that's about it. And ooh, pedis feel soooo good towards the end when your feet are swollen.
