Marinated chicken cutlets?
What can I do with these besides putting them on the BBQ? I put chicken in the fridge with a marinade...then DH tells me that the grill is not working How can I cook them?

I think you could probably bake them.

Re: Marinated chicken cutlets?
You can pretty much do anything
To name a few things: - coat with breadcrumbs and bake or fry. - stuff them with cheese/herbs or sauteed spinach - dice them and make chicken salad - shred and make enchiladas (depending on the marinade) - make chicken fingers - pan fry and add to pasta

Re: Marinated chicken cutlets?
put them in a foil tent with veggies and bake them in the oven. They stay nice and juicy

Re: Marinated chicken cutlets?
if you have a foreman grill....do that! That's what I do if DH isn't around.
You can also do them on top of the stove in a frying pan with some olive oil

Re: Marinated chicken cutlets?
you can bake it in the oven (depending on thickness I'd bake them on 350 for 20-25 minutes) and broil it for a few minutes so it gets that crispy grill type texture

Re: Marinated chicken cutlets?
I usually use non stick cookwear and coat with a little nonstick spray and cook 'em up right in the frying pan. You don't get the grill marks but they come out golden and taste very similar.
