Marinated Filet Mignon Kebobs....question
I have a question. I went to Bryant and Cooper Retail Market on Tuesday and I bought two filet mignon kebobs that were marinated in their steak sauce. Due to a horrific cold, I have not cooked them yet. I opened them this morning and they had no smell like they were bad. Do you think if I cooked them tonight they would be OK to eat?
Purchased Tuesday, cooking Friday...what do you think?

I think it's fine, but do they have a date on them?

No date on them, but Bryant and Cooper is a very good restaurant/retail market, so I can't imagine they would go bad after 3 days.
