Marinated skirt steak...
I was craving this marinated skirt steak from the butcher that I used to live near when I lived in Queens... so I asked my dad to pick it up. He just called me and told me that he got 1 steak per person (1 steak could easily feed 3-4 people and I wanted enough to feed 6). He spent $95 on skirt steak!!!! I didn't know what to say to him- I thought he would've bought 1 or 2 steaks.... he ended up buying like 8 I think.
How long will they keep? Can I freeze them now that they're marinated (not cooked yet)??? I'm so lost...
