Martial Arts / Dance

Has anyones kids been to their classes? They are starting to open up my sons Kung Fu School. They are requiring them to wear masks and gloves. I think the gloves are overkill but their business, their rules.

Anyway, my son isn't looking forward to it but I am going to make him try it. He's been in the school since he was 4 and this is the only thing he didn't suck at or quit.

Sorry, to get to my point. I was curious, if your kids had to wear mask. How did it go? Did they complain or it wasn't a big deal?

I told him it wont be that bad and he has to start going.

My son's did. they are making up for april/may.

He refused to go to dance because the room is small and hot.

He was going to go to karate because they were going to have it outside. Turned out it's inside in the cafeteria (for the space) barefoot with no mats. they also move his saturday morning class to wednesday at 4:45pm. he decided he won;t be going because of the amount of kids and because he usually goes to a parent and me at 5:45 and didn't want to do two classes back to back.

they went to the parent and me class, which was also mixed with the saturday parent and me class. not sure if they will be going back next week.

My son has been back to his karate school. He has to wear a mask the whole time. No complaints at all from him, he’s so happy to be back.

I think the 3 sets of push-ups, jumping jacks and bicycles they do in class is what is making him not want to go.

I hope he doesn't complain, they haven't added his class. So we shall see.
