well it looks like they are going to try to get it moved to Brooklyn..
so it should get interesting
ETA...and even MORE intersting is that he "new witness" soon after writing an affidavit is now missing

he had a fair trial
they are trying to bring about "new evidence" which is weak at best...
I really don't think it will change a thing
