can we get facials? and what about a back and neck masage?

Yes to facials, but I would be careful because of some of the stuff that they use. It could be too harsh, especially since your skin becomes more sensitive with pregnancy.

I went to Edamame, the pregnancy spa. I got a facial and LOVED it. They also do massages and a bunch of great stuff. If you go to the destination maternity website, you will see the tab for it. there is a spa in the city and one on LI somewhere.
