maternity belts? did you use one?
my dr. wants me to get one and i did, but i am not crazy about it.
i got the one from babiesrus Especially for Mom Maternity Support the VELCRO is being a pain in the butt already.
did anyone use anything thing else they can recommend to me

I had to wear one, between my back all the weight in the front and primarily to poke my hernia back in.
if that velcro one is bothering u try a ace bandage underneath it maybe?
