Math Teachers come in!!!
I am doing a 7th grade demo lesson. They said I can pick any topic but she wants something I can start and finish in one day. Any suggestions??

right now we're deep in algebra - combining like terms, monomials, polynomials, distributive property. definitely not the most exciting topics  .
A few years ago I did my demo lesson on the Pythagorean Theorem. I made up magnets that said "leg", "leg", "hypotenuse". The students had to come up and correctly label the parts of the right triangle.
