Not technically in my 3 tri yet (I will be next Monday though) but knock on wood feeling OK. Some initial concerns 2 weeks ago that baby was measuring small but I went to my high risk doctor last week and baby caught up nicely. Only issue I have been having is extreme heartburn at night which always leads to me throwing up. I am trying everything under the moon - Rolaids, Tums, Zantac, Pepsid, and noting seems to help.

Hanging in there. Hoping that I remain a May Mommy! LOL.
I'm being monitored weekly by my high risk dr.
One twin is smaller. Lower fluid and less blood flow than the other. She has a two vessel umbilical chord rather than a three vessel. She is growing consistently though so that's what is keeping us in the safe zone. If anything changes, I'll have to get steroids and deliver sometime after that.
I'm 27 weeks on Wed. and feeling pretty good otherwise. I feel positive that no matter what happens, they will both be ok! Chat Icon

Every day is a milestone for us at this point ladies. They are growing in leaps and bounds. Heartburn also is a current torture my little lovely has given me and i grab a bunch of pillows and prop myself up at night and then i suck on a few tums. Not ideal but its helping me to at least fall asleep

The time is flying by. I feel like this is the never ending winter, but before we know it, spring will be here!!
I'm feeling good, although I have insane heartburn like most of you.
J9-13 I remember reading your post. I'm praying that your babies stay put for a few more weeks!!

Friday was our best appt yet! The fact that I'm entering the third trimester on Wed. is huge! Dr. said they'll want to deliver me as early as 33-34 weeks if necessary but no later than 36 weeks. So we're looking at between mid April or the end of April. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: *******MAY 2015 BOARD**************

Just had my glucose test today and my TDAP booster. Has anyone else had the TDAP booster yet ( I guess they recommend it now for all pregos in the 3rd trimester even if you are upto date on the vax) My arm is killing me!

Yep-had my TDAP last week. Was not expecting to get a shot! They recommended that anyone who might be watching the baby get it too-husband, grandparents, etc. My dad was not thrilled! I can't believe how quickly this is all going! Hope everyone is feeling good! I'm beginning to feel like first semester tired but other than that feeling pretty good. Less than 10 weeks to go!

How are you all doing? I just got DD's dresser delivered today (kiddos will be sharing a room for now so I only have space for one dresser). I can't wait to fill it with her clothes!! I'm only 29 weeks but I'm so anxious to bring up the bassinet, bouncer, etc from the basement and start cleaning clothes. I know it's way to early to do this though. Has anyone started getting all their gear together?

This is my first and we have all the furniture set up and a "to-wash" pile of clothes waiting to be cleaned and put away, but the hand-me downs from my niece are all put away in drawers. I am 31 weeks - I don't think it's too early for you to start getting things organized!!

I'm 31 weeks too! Where are you delivering?? I'm delivering with the midwives at Stony Brook. I just started panicking that nothing was done, so we set up the rock N play and the pack n play-we live in a one bedroom coop. Feeling a little more relaxed now. We took an awesome birthing class yesterday and I thought it was going to scare me but it actually made me feel much more calm about the whole thing! Highly recommend Wendi Andria-she is a labor and delivery nurse at Southside.

Im 29 weeks on Wed. We have their room set up with all of the furniture. My shower is in a few weeks and once we get all our gear, we will start to organize. I REALLY need to get my bedroom in order to make room for them to sleep in there for a bit when then come home. So much to do and no energy to do it! LOL

Hey ladies. I'm at 29weeks 3 days today. Congrats to all of us for making it to the last tri! Part of me can't wait to meet this little girl, but the other half is me is, like, woah this is going too fast!
I still feel pretty good - getting my workouts in 3-4x/week, but I have def scaled back the intensity. I have noticed, though, in the past couple days that either she has had a major growth spurt or moved positions or something. I feel like I'm walking around with a 10lb bowling ball in my belly, I'm peeing all the time, and getting those jabs known lovely as "lightening crotch."
My baby shower is next Saturday and I'm super excited to see ppl that are traveling from far and wide (well, CT and MA, but whatever). And I can't help taking sneak peaks at my registry...
:)

I am feeling TIRED of being pregnant! 8.5 more weeks sounds like a really really long time to me, even though everyone keeps telling me "you're coming down the home stretch!"...so done. So ready to meet my baby.

Re: *******MAY 2015 BOARD**************

I can't believe how many girl babies there are on this board! By chance alone I feel my team green baby has to be a boy no? I guess I'll find out in another 2 months! I know my DH is really pulling for a girl so I'm hoping that is what pops out, but my DS is set that there is a baby boy in there (I tend to agree with him hehe)

I am getting tired too of being pregnant! Fatigue is hitting, esp while chasing my two year old. And the weight gain is killing my back! I am so excited to go for walks again now that it is nicer!

I feel the same way!! EVERY person I know in real life has had a girl!! Like 6 people! People keep asking me well what do you think it is? I really have no feeling one way or the other-how would I, this is my first time! The suspense is kind of killing me now!
