They have a great "princess" breakfast at Norway in Epcot.
Also, there is a princess character meal for breakfast lunch and dinner at Cinderella's castle.
I would following with Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.
Don't miss the Spectro Magic Parade in MK!!!

if you buy tickets they are good in any of the four parks..Magic Kingdon, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot! They all are great and have their own themes which are all individually awesome!
Who is going in your party? I think that would def determine which parks you decide to go to!

Much of that depends on the age of the girls and what you (as a family) like to do.
You can easily spend 2 days at Magic Kingdom and still not see everything there. So don't discount a second day here. The other 3 parks all have a little something for everyone.
As was posted above, buying tickets in advance has no effect on which park you visit. The base ticket will get you into any 1 of the 4 theme parks each day. If you add the Park Hopper option, you can visit as many parks as you wish in the same day.
HTH!

i should've said. my girls are 6 and 5. DH and i will be going. He has never been there before, but i have, years ..eh.. eons ago!
they are about 48" tall.
i have a friend of a family member giving us their family tickets (3 of them) for one day. so, one day will be free for us.
i didn't realize that a ticket will get you into any of the 4 parks.
i don't think we will be doing epcot this time, maybe next time.

You cannot use every ticket to go from park to park each day. That requires a special ticket known as a "park hopper" which of course is more expensive than a regular one park a day ticket.
Also, as far as a family member giving you their ticket, WDS uses a finger scan system for each ticket. When you go into the park, you put your ticket in the machine and scan your forefinger. If it doesn't match the fingerprint on file, a castmember WILL ask for ID to make sure the name on the ticket matches. If it doesn't they will deny you entry and take away the ticket you are using. They are very strict about this policy.
There are multiple character breakfasts going on at Disney on any given day. Each breakfast has a "theme." There are princess breakfasts, chip & dale breakfasts, etc. The best way to see what is offered is to go onto the disney website and go the character dining section.

The finger scan is not going to be that big of a deal. I have have used the wrong ticket to get in and its not that big of a deal.

I think Epcot is great for that age. Soaring and test track are so much fun. I think eating at Cinderella's castle is better than the Norway dining.

Heads up you will probably only get into Norway for princess dining. Royal table is already closed out for all of March...they book very fast!

Disney's new internal policy is to crack down on that. Since 1/1/11 they have tightened the rules on it - severely.
