Meal replacement
Ayone tried gnc lean shake for meal replacement?
I want to try it for losing weight and ive read some good reviews about it.

I use Shakeology, which is more complete and provides you with more vitamins and nutrients.

Meal replacement
I use Labrada Lean Body for Her. It is in packets which is easier on the go. I use the Vanilla mostly as a base, but the chocolate and strawberry are good too. For bulk I like Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard powders, they're good, and I also used Myoplex Lite packets for years.
I like shakeology but at $120/month it is out of my budget. The Labrada and Myoplex both run about $40/20packets on Amazon, the ON is about $50/5lbs

I hear that a lot about Shakeology, but breaking it down it's about $4 a day. What I like is that it's all natural and full of so many super foods.

I agree shakeology is expensive. Where can i buy the $4 a day? I mean you still have to buy the package which is $120 a month.
