Meal Replacement Shakes

My daughter and I are both using Isagenix shakes for meal replacement. Are there any others I can buy at Health or vitamin store that are as good, filling and less expensive. Thanks

I know people rave over isagenix and shakeology but...my cost-effective way is just as filling, IMO

I use pure protein powder. It's not many cals and only 2 sugars. I use half a scoop.

I add in water, soaked chia seeds, goji berries, sometimes golden berries, raw cacao powder, and frozen things - bananas, orange , spinach, maybe a little healthy peanut butter, berries

Frozen fruit is cheap in TJs and elsewhere. I buy bananas, chop and freeze them.

I also love frozen pineapple and mango. You can get real creative.

So much cheaper and I'm full for two meals.

There is one called active elite 7 that's delish low carb high protein and way cheaper.

GNC sells Lean Shakes. They are pretty good. Strawberry is my fave.
