Meal time ( 1 yr olds)

I feel like Im serving the SAME things all the time.

And not enough nutrition.

What do you guys serve and how much.

Do you make a seperate meal or serve what your eating?

Like for breakfest, he will eat a yogurt, and a waffle and some cherrios.

HE loves to eat...but I feel like I feed the same thing over and over.

Re: Meal time ( 1 yr olds)

G is too, and now with the dairy issue I am really stressing his food. But he knows what he likes & seems happy even though there is not as much variety.

He is on Oat Milk, and Rice milk, and he has four 8 oz bottles a day.

Breakfast is goat milk yogurt and cheerios, and a half a banana or apple or mango. He does not love the waffles and to be honest he is not the greatest chewer, so I am not forcing them.

He'll have a bottle at 10:30 between meals.

When he wakes it is usually lunch, and he'll eat pasta usually. He also has either Avocado or apricots with lunch. I also give him a bit of cheerios with lunch as well for him to pick up.

He'll get another bottle a few hours later, and some carrots usually.

Dinner he gets at least two varieties of veggies and a carb; rice, amaranth, quinoa...it depends what I have in the house.

He gets another bottle before bed, and gets water sporadically throughout the day and right before bed.

He is not on meat, and I do not really give him our table food since he has food sensitivities. Once he adjusts to the Oat milk & the goat milk products, I will re-introduce cheeses & eggs & such.
