Re: measuring ahead?

I measured a week ahead my whole pg with Gianna. They didn't touch my due date and I gave birth at 39w4d's.

Re: measuring ahead?

By what I have read - no sorry - having a baby measure big by less than 3 weeks does not mean he/she will come early. I read somewhere that if the baby is measuring 3 weeks ahead then the estimated due date can be off.

The sono will tell you. Typically if they say you're measuring big, it's the baby. 2 weeks is normal from what I know.

I measured about 2-3 weeks ahead with mine - I did have a larger baby - she was 9lbs 4ozs but I did not have GD. I did go into labor early at 38w 4days.
