Medela PIS or PIS advanced pump?
Which one is better? Is there a "real" difference between both? and what is the difference?

The advanced pump has a let down button. After you get let down, you press it and it simulates an infants deeper sucking after they get let down. I have the advanced and it really works great- almost as good as the hospital pump I rented.

I just bough the regular Pump In Style and I think it works fine. I couldn't see spending any more money just for that extra sucking feature.
