I just got one yesterday after my Lansinoh one crapped out
I was wondering what your techniques are to maximize the effectiveness of your sessions? When should I use the one-touch expression button?? I exclusively pump, so I want to make sure I'm using this pump right to maintain my supply. TIA

I allowed it to let down on it's own. I never really pushed the button to speed it up but I am guessing that everyone is different.

Drink a full glass of water while pumping. I used a hands free bra (got it NEW in package on eBay what a life saver) Listen to the baby or look at a photo- it does help Eat oatmeal during the day I didn't use the button too often but every body is different Don't "time" yourself. Watching the clock will kill your supply
