although there is not so much hard evidence available about this right now, most psychiatrists will use an SSRI (prozac, zoloft) in pregnancy with close supervision. the evidence we do have suggests that it's likely safe.
having said that, i would speak with your psychiatrist about the pros and cons of being on an antidepressant while pregnant. depending on the severity, you might think about other ways of managing it, such as psychotherapy. even things like yoga, mindfulness training, and exercise can really make a difference.

Most meds like Zoloft are safe up to 20 weeks. After 20 weeks you should try to wean off to prevent PPHN.
