Men's rights advocates
Does anyone now of a father's rights organization? I tried to look some up, but all the ones I've found are family law attorneys. I'm looking for a non-profit organization type of thing were BIL can get some advise.
TIA, Kelly

Re: Men's rights advocates
I've seen plenty of websites that were men discussing family law - there were attorneys on the sites but it wasn't a law firm. The main concern was child custody.

Thanks, that's what I found also. I was hoping that there was something like a center where BIL could get advise.

I think maybe if you called family court they could give you the names of some. Good luck!

Just my opinion but I think he'd come out better consulting directly with an attorney.

I agree if it's a legal matter. If it's a social issue, than male parenting boards should be somewhere out there.

I think it's a legal issue and I'm pretty familiar with the fathers rights groups they do some shady things that I won't even go into here. For someone that has a legitimate legal issue going on, they're better off with an attorney.
