Menus
No one has been posting about menus or food planning in awhile... I'm having trouble with it. Lacking inspiration feeling like I'm sick of the same old stuff. I feel like I used to have 100s of choices and now its the same 10 things lol.
PLEASE POST!

ugh I feel the same exact way. I have no inspiration at all. Lately, it's just been grilling meats, veggies and cold pasta salads.

I pinned a few recipes the other day because we had lean ground beef and I googled- recipes for ground beef.
LOL
The one I made came out delicious- and was one skillet- let me find it

Menus
I always try to plan but haven't been as good as normal lately which I hate. This late in the week I'm especially bad. This week we had grilled chicken with a combo of bbq and buffalo sauce wroth baked beans and carrot sticks, homemade pizza with green beans, cheese burgers with tots and grilled zucchini.
I need more ideas for sides bc we've been eating salad most days for lunch so I don't want it again with dinner. I end up doing frozen green beans or peas a lot bc they're easy for days I don't have something else planned.

Re: Menus
Ugh, I feel the same. I have been stuck in a rut and not doing a good job planning out our dinners in advance.
We've been grilling a lot, although it gets boring. And when we entertain and grill, I feel like I make the same side dishes. I recently discovered a German potato salad that is yummy... I hate mayo, so much prefer a mayo-less side. But this one is quite bacon-y, so not vegetarian.
For weeknight meals, to get away from the grilling, I recently made a Slow Cooker Cioppino -- a nice light tomato-based fish stew. It was pretty good (I added some salt and a little red pepper flake for more seasoning), and didn't require much prep. Great with crusty bread and/or a green salad.
Here's the recipes referred to above:
