i told him to get me a test and junior mints - why not, right?
i won't be able to sleep tonight if i don't find this out - this is the first test i have EVER taken - if it is positive i'll die - if it is negative i'll eat the junior mints

Do you smoke? I used to get this occasionally when I used to smoke.
Oh and I also got this when I was in the very early stages of PG, but if you are on Yaz then you should not be able to get PG unless you skipped.....

i had a bad crown and didnt know it and thats what it tasted like before i found out - but it sounds like you have good teeth so i dont know what else it could be . . . eek good luck with the test! i am sure DH is speeding to the store right now

i do not smoke - never have.
i have not skipped at all

i have never had a cavity - no fillings
i just got back from the dentist only recently - last month - and he said my teeth looked excellent. i'm a fanatic about my teeth.

I dunno if this actually helps or if it was all in my head, but when I was PG & got the metal taste I would get lemon drop candies & suck on them. It seemed to make it go away.

I know this may sound weird but Arbonne chapstick, makes me have a horrible metal taste in my mouth!! Yuck!! I used it a few months ago, stopped using it because it was gross,,then tried it again recently and it did the same thing!! So maybe its a chapstick or lipstick youre wearing????

Don't know personally about the whole preggo thing, but I have tasted this when I took Levaquin for bronchitis. Any of those class of antibiotics left a metallic taste in my mouth
