After losing about 15 lbs I have been stuck at the same weight for the past 3 weeks.

I think I have hit a plateau.

I have been doing MFP at 1200 calories per day and have been working out 2-3 days/week. In the beginning I was going to the gym and doing strength training and running... I've been really busy at work so I have just been walking about 15-30 minutes at lunch.

I would like to lose another 10-15 lbs to get back to my pre-kid weight...

Anyone have any ideas on how to get out of a plateau? HIIT maybe?
