Drink a cafinated soda or coffee
My doctor gave me caffine pills which are ok

i'm thinking im getting them alot lately is bc ive been drinking latte's...and when i don't drink them i feel somethin missin!!

How often do you get them? My mom used to get them monthy and we kind of figured maybe it was b/c of some hormonal inbalance. Ever since she has gone through menopause she hasn't had one.
Luckily I haven't had the same luck.

I used to get caffeine withdrawal headaches when I stopped drinking soda.
I've had 3 migraines. I always thought people who talked about them were being wimpy until I had my first one. Throwing up, I could only lay in a dark room, light hurt my eyes..horrible - couldn't read, watch tv or sleep. Caffeine helps constrict the blood vessels which is why it works.
I did find one thing that stops them if you catch it quick enough - my friend is a chiropractor and adjusts my neck if I feel one coming on - hasn't happen in about 8 years now.
