Milk alternatives?
So I think that it's the milk itself that causes Sash to have major constipation. I took the milk away for a few days while weaning off of the AM bottle and after a milk puke (again) in the car, and it was totally different-- several times a day pooping and (TMI) soft. Then I gave it to her again in a sippy right after she woke up-- and she started to consume a lot of milk again, and it's back to old pooping routine-- where it's really hard for her to poop and uncomfortable, and the poop is very hard.
Can I give her soy milk instead? I don't want to cut it out, because she needs the dairy and the protein. She is almost 21 months now. HAs anyone else had this problem?

Re: Milk alternatives?
You should ask your doctor what he recommends. Soy milk and rice milk are known to be more binding than cow's milk. I'm not sure about almond milk.
