Mind games - whoa!
This is our first month TTC...please tell me it's not like this every month!
I am only 1 DPO. I feel as big as a house. I am bloated and nauseous and I have very little appetite. My boobs also look bigger than normal.
I am thinking this might all just be symptoms of O'ing.
Do you all go through this every month??? I feel so pregnant but I don't think that's even possible!

at 1DPO, it is definitely your body playing tricks on you, there is NO way you would have any pregnancy symptoms at 1DPO
try to stay busy during the 2ww, it is TORTURE

Re: Mind games - whoa!
from what i have read, the progesterone levels in your body increase when you O. since your progesterone will get even higher should you get PG, it is believed that it is progesterone that gives you your PG symptoms, so it is only natural that you would feel some "fake" PG symptoms now.

ITA!
Our bodies play some cruel tricks on us when we TTC. You are also very in tune and paying attention to every single thing your body is doing... so its easy to see things you may not have noticed before.

Yup...every month. Though, I will say I have been able to put it out of my mind a bit more the past few months. It just takes discipline!

Re: Mind games - whoa!
When you are TTC, you become super conscious of every little symptom you have. And sometimes, your mind plays bad games on you. That happened to me last month and AF wound up coming super late!
