MINEOLA DREAM HOME
unfortunately moving to LI is out of the question for us  I found my dream home that I'm hoping one of my friends would buy so I can enjoy it and pretend I live there for a few hours every time I visit. Thats not working out either...

My BFF lives right around the corner! But wow! prices have certainly gone up in Mineola...especially for a house one down from Jericho Tpke. It is gorgeous though!

Quite right. House on my block (5 br and 60x100 though) sold for 1.3mil this summer!

Quite right. House on my block (5 br and 60x100 though) sold for 1.3mil this summer!

if this house was in the area of foch blvd in williston park (herricks schools), it would be in the 8s or 9s for sure!! Mineola schools aren't that great, though

I've been seeing a ton of home but unfortunately, competing with people who are putting down 1 mil cash on homes is discouraging.

I'm sure you know this lol but there are houses just like this in N Flushing, semis won't be 1mill and they are large inside my cousin had one

The only semi are mid 700's with shared driveway, a patch of lawn they call a backyard and nowhere near this updated. And buyers usually offer close to full ask in cash. there's one avail that we went to see but no bathroom on first floor. Btwn expanding kitchen, added a bathroom and permits, it'll put us over a mil. Hopefully prices will drop in the colder months and the market crash in China impacts these cash buyers. Lol

The prices by us are out of control right now, we bought two years ago and it really has changed a lot, I hope it levels out in the winter, good luck!!
