Mint Chocolate Chip cookies
Made these this week and everybody LOVED them! You have to try them...and so easy to do!
p/s - I could not find creme de menthe baking chips so I used Andes Candies and just chopped them up.

these look great! Did you dye them green? I "get" that it is for effect but I don't like eating green cookies

Andes mints makes baking chips, and Nestle makes a mix of mint and chocolate chips, but I've only ever been able to find both during Xmas season.
I stocked up this year so I can make mint choc chip cookies throughout the year...so yummy!
