Mommies of early teethers
We think Christopher may be cutting a tooth (usual signs, shoving his hands in his mouth, drool, cranking, we feel something coming in) but my question is: did your DC eat less while teething? I FINALLY got him up to 6oz of formula at a feeding and today I am forcing him to take 5oz at a sitting, could it be the teething?
TIA

Yes, they can refused food during teething.
Steven started right beofore he turned 3 months and didn't cut his first tooth until 5 months. Two bottoms.

I think so. Lucas has been showign signs although nothing has cut yet. On his bad days he wants nothing to do with eating - or anything for that matter. He's a complete cranky pants (but I love him all the same).

Yep, I had early teethers and I think the sucking motion on the nipple hurts their swollen gums.

My DS is definitely teething right now. I haven't noticed any change in his eating yet. He'll be 4 months on Saturday. He has been exhibiting teething behavior since about 11 wks.
