I had DS 2 weeks ago and I weigh less then when I started...but DS was 10lbs and I had way too much fluid. My stomach looks like a deflated balloon with stretch marks

3 years 2 kids later here as well and still have about 50 pounds to go (I gained 120 pounds with 1 and 75 with the other) I have given up on losing the weight I was hitting the gym hard and nothing was happening so I quit...

2 kids back to back...my youngest will be 3 next week.
I am only half way there. I gained 100 lbs. I am motivated though. I am not working this summer and I have been kicking butt at the Gym and joined WW.

I am overweight to begin with.
Gained 32lbs with DS.
Lost it.
About 2 months later, got pg with DD.
Here I am 13 months later trying to lose the "baby" weight and THEN more on top of it!

4.5 months PP and 8 lbs away from my pre-preg weight (I had gained 41 lbs.) But, my body is SO different and I don't fit into a lot of my PP pants :( Ultimately, I would like to lose around 20 more lbs from where I am right now.

With DD, I gained 43, lost 25 then it crept back on.
With DS, I gained 33, lost all of that plus some, but am 20 pounds away from my pre preggo, pre DD weight.

2.5 months PP and lost 25 of the 35 I gained....but I was near my heaviest before I got pregnant, so I have a ways to go.
I'm still rockin' maternity pants  
I want to buy some new clothes, but I'm disgusted when I go to the store and nothing fits. Even my fat jeans are too small
Down 7 lbs on WW though and I plan to start exercising soon (other than walking which I do pretty much daily.)

Never fully lost the weight from my first and now i'm 5 months pp from my second, with still about 15 lbs to go.
Edited to add: I'm very mentally motivated, just not physically motivated. KWIM?

8 months PP and I still need to lose 10 to get to pre pregnancy. After that I need to lose 25 to get to pre marriage.
I gained 55 total while pregnant.
