Mommy and Me Question
I'm a new mom...DS is almost four months. I work part time and have Mondays and Fridays off, so i'd like to get involved in some mommy and me programs...Plus i need some mommy friends. I live in nassau on the south shore, does anyone have any reccomendations?

You can do either a music together or some sort of gym class, they are all over the place...

we are on south shore of nassau also...and we do Music Together in Massapequa. Our first class was this morning, and we both loved it!! DS is 4 months old.

Me too..i am on the south shore. We do Music Together on fridays. First class is this week....DS is 6 months old.

You may also want to look into your local library. They usually have a variety of classes for babies and they are free!!!
