Moms in tight spaces: What do you use to bathe DC?
We have been using one of those mesh seats, but DD is 7 months old and she is really too big for it now. We don't have room in out apt. for a traditional baby tub...what are our other options?

Use the kitchen sink with the big sponge. My older DD loved it more than her tub!

we started using this on vacation and DS really likes it
inflatable duck tub
I like that it has suction cups so you can stick to wall for it to dry.

that's awesome-- how big is the tub?
We have the FP infant tub. but when it's not in use-- we just have it behind the bathroom door-- which works but it's a little bit of a PITA. I was thinking last night we might need a bigger tub too without the "seated" portion.

Re: Moms in tight spaces: What do you use to bathe DC?
We had a small baby tub that we used in the kitchen sink but stored in the bathtub. Once DS was able to sit up on his own without being wobbly (around 6.5 months) we started putting him right in the regular bathtub.

Its pretty big!!! She can sit in one side of it and has the whole other "half" to 'play" also.. the one side has a little loop thing that you can attach to the outside so you can elevate it so they can lay down if you want.
It also folds up fine with the air in the inflatable part on the bottom.

Re: Moms in tight spaces: What do you use to bathe DC?
Once ds was sitting up more we got him a bath seat that attaches to the side of the tub. He loves it.
We keep it in the tub and just take it out when we are taking a shower

Re: Moms in tight spaces: What do you use to bathe DC?
I had this too and used it as an infant but by 7 months he was trying to crawl out of it. At that point, we started using the kitchen sink with the big sponge and it was much easier!
