I plan on doing the gym M, T, W, Th, Sa mornings.
I plan on doing 30 day shred Fri morning & Sunday Morning
I plan on staying off LIF during the day as much as possible and get stuff done!

Ok I'll give it a shot as well. I don't need to lose any weight but that doesn't mean I'm terribly out of shape. I can't even go up a few flight of stairs without getting winded so I'm going to start walk/jog 2-3x/week, I'm also somehow going to work on my abs too, I miss having muscles there. I'll also attempt to keep a tidier home.

I'm in!!
I am going to resolve to:
-Drink more water daily -Take the pug on more walks because he is really putting on weight -I want to lose 4 pounds (I know not much but its really hard to lose them) -I am going to be nicer to my DH because sometimes I can be a little short with him. -Oh and spend less (I really need to learn self control)

I'm in....July 4 is perfect as 7/5 is my bday & DD's first bday party.
I vow to:
Drink more water Stop the DD donuts in the am Walk w/ DD at least 4-5x a week Try to get to the gym (at least) 1x a wk Stay more on top of the cleaning in our house

I made a big stink about getting a treadmill......and now I actually have to start using it!!!!! No matter how hot it is up there, I will get on it at least 2x a week to start....and attempt to start running again....
I only drink water, but I have to drink MORE......

Definately start drinking more water- I realized one day that I had nothing all day but a cup of coffee! I know fruit has a ton of water but still...
Really start exercising- I know I say I don't have time but I could go after DD is in bed or before she gets up when DH is home.
Eat better- I have to stop grabbing stuff on the run.

Ok so I'm going to try to jog. This is big for me because I tend to hate sweating. So....instead of walking with DS...jog at least in intervals.
AND
Be nicer to my DH. He works so hard and sometimes I can be down right mean to him. That means doing the deed a lot more too!

I am in. I started a few weeks ago by giving up my Saturday and/or Sunday morning donut. DH goes to Dunkin' Donuts most weekend mornings for iced coffee and I usually ask him to bring me a donut. It is a small thing to give up but being successful means that I have some self control.
I would also like to:
work on my scrapbook without feeling guilty about time away from other things. Goal will be 7-8 pages completed.
exercise. not sure of a realistic goal but need to get started and take more walks with family and w/other moms.
get outside more (can be part of exercise goal).
become comfortable with our new camera and not fear technology .

i'm in! i've already started making some changes, and i would like to stick with them:
-- maintaining my house on a more consistent basis so that i'm not overwhelmed on the weekends
--i've got 10 pounds left of baby weight and it needs to come OFF. my goal is to lose at least 8 of it by the time i travel to NY on july 19. then i will treat myself to some NEW clothes in my OLD size
--related to my weight loss goal is my exercise goal - i WILL run or do some other form of exercise 4 times a week. my goal is to get to the point where i could even CONSIDER running another marathon. given that i can barely run to my mailbox right now, this goal may be a long time coming

I vow to keep to my schedule of working out 4-5x per week. Goal of losing 8 lbs by 7/4.
Continue to eat more fruit & veggies.
Start being more appreciative of my DH and all he does for me and our DS.

1. Stop the Diet Soda/All Soda
2. Keep Walking. I walk every day, 2x a day.
3. Cut back on sweets.
4. Try my hardest not to eat after 8PM (but with DHs work schedule, sometimes, we don't even have dinner till that time...I don't want to eat alone).
I know this is a lot and I hope to accomplish some, if not all of these.

-I am going to join WW on saturday- DS is one month old and I have dropped 3 pounds of baby weight- I need to get cracking!
-try to go walking with DS every weekday morning on the trail by the Cross Island
- Try to really cut back on our spending...and this includes my killer Starbucks addiction!

Here's mine:
No chai today. Very cranky & headachey, but I"m not drinking my WW points. So far, so good
A long walk with the family yesterday...except it was for ice cream eh...not so good.
Today I'm definitely doing well foodwise & DH has his lunch.
Tonight's goal - clean a room

So far for me today, not one sip of soda However, I did have a Diet Snapple with lunch. Other than that, it's been water, water, water.
As for sweets, well, I have 2 bdays today, my sister and my nephew. I will hopefully just have a "sliver" of cake and be done. Didn't walk because of the weather.
All together, not really a good day for me

I decided not to do a weight commitment.
I wanted to commit to my house projects. Because it is very important for me at this time. I selected 4 projects to be done
Project 1: repaint my outdoor patio pavers
Update: Bought all the supplies and paint to do it.
Delayed to start..it's raining!

ohhhh missed this yesterday.
okay here are mine:
1. go for our morning walks and walk with a fierceness.
2. 30 day shred 5 times a week at bedtime.
3. eat breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner. no skipping, no adding.
ETA: stay off the scale!! I am an addict. If I see it go down, I will reward myself with food instead of thinking that what I am doing is working.

I didn't do the elliptical today - I opted to spend some of my sleeping child morning exercising with Rob instead. I should have hopped on the elliptical afterward... but I loaded the dishwasher since I had a sinkful. I may try to get something in tonight though!
No fruit punch or juice today - but I did add a packet of hot chocolate to my coffee at work because I wanted a mocha latte. It was good. I may have to invest in sugar free hot cocoa to feed this new addiction.
My pony is not super messy today - but it IS raining and I DO have curly hair - so we can't expect miracles there! I was going to walk out of the house without any attempt at makeup this morning but I actually thought of this thread! I put on a little concealer and some photo finish. Not fantastic - but something. I felt better about it.

My update today:
- Have had about 30oz of water today so far. - Have not taken the pug for a walk - Went shopping yesterday - so that was not good, although I did not spend too much - have eaten really well yesterday and today - I was not too nice DH yesterday, but in my defense he was being annoying - I will do better today
