Moms of 16 - 20 months yr old, what kind of bug repellient is safe to use?
DS has gotten the worst mosquito bites and they have blown up and are so itchy. He sratches them and then they bleed and take forever to heal. My poor little guy.
What can I use that is safe?

I use the Burts Bees one for DD. Found it the cheapest at the Christmas Tree Shop

I just started using EcoSmart that I found at Shoprite. I don't usually shop there but I ran in one day quick for bug spray. It's cheap and seems to work well. It has lemongrass & cinnamon in it---it actually smells a bit tasty.

I have a child friendly one but I've also used adult repellant on her when I didn't have anything else available.
I figure it's better than the mosquito bites.
Or you can try spraying your child's stroller, or whatever they will be in, KWIM?

I have used the California baby. It is pricey. But it has a decent scent to it and isn't an aersol spray. I got it in target.

This is what I just started using. We bought it in Whole Foods. So far it seems to work.
