How about a gender neutral theme that would be fun for both of them? Like a farm or something? On the girl side you can put flowers and rainbows, etc and on the boy side tractor, dogs, horses, etc?
I love this idea!

I imagine it must be tough to take away the pretty girly space you created, but there are a lot of options out there for shared spaces. I just found this on PBKids and thought it was adorable.

I think a lot of the ladies on here have given you so many good ideas/suggestions.
I think that your DD will be so happy to have/share her room with her baby bro and love thats shes there for him, to protect him. Wouldnt prob flinch knowing her room changed.

I'm one of three, when my younger brother was born my mom put my older brother and I in the same room so that the baby wouldn't disturb our sleep. She just divided the room-girl on one side, boy on the other. It worked great.
