Moms of 7-9 month olds - can you please share your feeding schedule?
I am curious how many times a day you feed them, at what times, and what they eat. I am having an awful time with my 8 month old DS and end up giving him 5 small meals a day, 2 of them being a bottle, and I know that is just not good! Thanks.

i have a 7 month old and he eats anywhere from 18 to 25 oz of formula a day and he wil have 2 to 3 solid meals a day
wake up 5.30 6 am eats 4 or 5 oz
around 9am 1 to 2 tbsp oat cereal and 1/2 stage 1 fruit
at noon 1/2 stage 2 veg sometimes a whole one
at 5pm another stage 2 veg and 1 stage 1 fruit
formula is fed every 3 hours 4 to 5 oz at a time
6pm asleep
hope this helps im finding feeding solids and introducing new ones very overwelming sometimes but just go by what your child wants you cant feed a baby that isnt hungry somedays my dc eats more than others

Molly is 9 months and her schedule is usually close to this:
AM bottle- 8oz-7ish 7:30 breakfast-cheerios, baby cereal and a little fruit
10:30ish-snack of either puffs, diced fruit, crackers, cheses, banana
Noon-usually a yogurt with some finger foods
Before naptime about 1pm- 8oz bottle
3pm-another snack
5pm-dinner...usually whatever we are eating within reason, chicken, sweet potatoes, ham, turkey, fruit,
6:30-7ish- 8oz bottle
7:30 bed

I am so glad to see that I am not the only one that feeds more than 3 times per day! He is still choking on solids but refuses to eat baby food, so we are just having a hard time.
And I cannot believe your kids go to bed so early - my son only sleeps for 9 hours tops so I don't put him to sleep until 9pm.

DD is 7 months. She has 4 meals a day, 3 solid, 1 liquid. We're having a problem lately getting her to drink her formula at meals, so I've been giving her them a little before each meal.
Breakfast- 2 T oatmeal and 1/2 stage 2 fruit, formula
Lunch- 1/2 fruit, 1/2 veggie, formula
Snack- formula (used to be dinner bottle, just doesn't want it)
Dinner- Stage 2 meat/dinner, fruit or veggie, water
Bedtime- 8 oz bottle
* all other bottles are 6 oz, but she doesn't take more than 24 oz a day

DS is 9 months old
8:30am breakfast- we vary between an Eggo waffle, an egg with cheese, cheerios, toast with cream cheese and then he gets a 6oz bottle
around 11am snack- either puffs, crackers, goldfish, fruit, cheese, dried fruit
1:30pm lunch- either yogurt, sliced turkey or chicken and cheese, cottage cheese and fruit and a 6oz bottle
around 3:30 snack- same options as above
6:30 dinner- either whatever is on our table (pasta, meatballs, turkey or veggie burgers, mixed veggies) or I'll give him a Gerber Graduates and veggies and a 6oz bottle
7-7:30 bedtime
