Moms of boys - how to dress with "shortalls"
Forgive my ignorance, but I'm clueless here. Never been a boy, never had a boy!
If you put a "shortall" like this on DS, what would you put on their legs? Low socks? Knee socks?
What about something like this:
or this:
I guess I'm just having a hard time wrapping my head around possibly putting "shorts" on my son in April (for Easter) or May for DD's communion.

Short socks. But IMO it will be too cold for these in April and may. I'd stick with pants.

I put my son in one of these last Easter. And Christmas actually. Sure it was cold out, but we were inside. And he was in his car seat with the cover on The way to church, so he was fine.
I put him in short socks and little shoes, your guy is really tiny I think, you could use those trumpette socks that look like loafers.

Short socks and little shoes. I see these outfits as more for summer so I woudl probably do sandals.

I did an outfit like this for Christmas with knee high socks but my DS was only 3 months old. It looked so cute. i think I would do long socks if the child was 2 or under.

I did an eaton suit for my ds first easter with knee socks- he was 10 months. It was shorts on the bottom.

I love these outfits! Had one for my DS & dressed him in it all summer.
Easter may be a bit too cold... but with May, you never know.
I'd put him in socks (short) & the outfit.
