I wanna get DD done but her father is dead set against it. I heard from a lot of people that its better to do it now then later. Im debating on just going and doing it behind his back.
This is my problem. I think they look so cute but DH is so against it. I wouldn't do it behind his back, he would be so pi$$ed. This is actually something my MIL and I agree on!!
Any ideas on how to convince DH?

Re: Moms of girls with pierced ears
We got DD's ears pierced a few weeks ago- she was about 4.5 months. DH was very nervous about it. However, we were in the mall and I ran into someone we knew who got her DD's ears pierced when she was 1. She said her daughter totally knew what was going on and it was tough to hold her down. That sealed the deal for DH and we took her right then. They did both ears at the same time. She cried for maybe 10 seconds (like when she gets her shots) then was totally fine! She has no clue that they are there now and have been really easy to take care of. I have no regrets and am happy we did it. All girls that I know have their ears pierced, so I know she wont regret having them, and why not do them before she even knows about it...
Here are some picts where you can see them...
