Moms of Hot/Warm Babies
I had Sasha in the stroller for MAYBE 15 mins, and she started bawling and I took her out and she was all sweaty. She stopped crying as soon as I took her out of the stroller, but I didn't want to put her in my sling b/c that would be just as hot. I carried her all the way home..
I could not have dressed her any cooler-- how the hell am I going to get through summer?

Sometimes the stroller materials aren't "natural" and breathable.. maybe you can put some type of light weight natural cotton liner? I know my DD used to get like that in her infant car seat b/c it was a wipeable sort of nylon. she hated it.

Re: Moms of Hot/Warm Babies
Randi are you having the problem in the Bug???
We were having the same issue so I lay a receiving blanket in the bassinet and we keep the sun visor down and instead block the sun with a Bug Parasol. I feel like having the visor up doesn't allow for enough air circulation. As long as we do that she is fine!

Re: Moms of Hot/Warm Babies
they sell battery powder fans at BRUs that attach to stroller. Im not sure tho how the spacing is btwn the bars.. if their little fingers are able to get in.. that would be my fear with those.

Re: Moms of Hot/Warm Babies
The same thing happened to me today. I fed Shane and put him in the stroller to walk him to the park...usually he falls asleep instantly but he struggled and fussed the whole way, so much that I just turned around and came home. I thought maybe he was sick or something but when I took him out he was dripping down his back. All I had him in was a onesie. I'm going to take the pp's suggestions and lay a receiving blanket down in the stroller from now on cause that had to be what it was that was making him so fussy.

Re: Moms of Hot/Warm Babies
I had her in the car seat-- she hates the bassinet for the bug-- so I just use the car seat on the bug base. If it continues to be a problem, I might have to get a different liner for the car seat, or switch over to the toddler seat.

Re: Moms of Hot/Warm Babies
I have the problem with the car seat and the bug, I plan on getting a cotton sheet and putting in down on the seat as we're transitioning away from the car seat, she is ALWAYS hot, so I def think I'm going to line it with something cotton since the materials in the car seat and stroller are not really breathable
