Moms of Summer babies

DD is due in June. Should I register for a Bundle Me? Will she be too big to use it when the weather is cooler? I'm thinking you could start using them on cool autumn days, right? I don't want to get one and only use it a month or 2, that would be a waste of someone's $ to me!

ETA: Does it just work on infant seats, or will it also work on other things?

DS was born June 1st and we didn't get a bundle me. We just carried light sweaters/jackets and a blanket for places that were air conditioned. By the time winter rolled around, DS was already in his convertible carseat so we just got him a coat.

ETA: I guess it would work in a convertible seat, but that means you'll have to bring the baby out in the cold w/out a jacket bc the seat will be in the car.

Julia was born in July, and I got one of the bundle me light for her for the fall weather, I did have the thick bundle me too, but didn't use it very long.

ETA: She was out if her infant carseat at 5 months, so if you plan on keeping your child in the infant carseat for a while its good to have, but it doesn't work on the convertable carseats.

My DD was a May baby and we're using the bundle me all this winter so it worked out fine for us!

ETA: DD is 9 mos now and we're still using her infant seat and I think we started using the bundle me in Nov so we got several months out of it.

DD was born in August. We got the bundle me for the winter and we have used it probably since November as well. I think its great. So much easier than a snowsuit.

Im due in June too. I decide it we needed it to buy it ourselves in the Fall/winter and leave it off the registry.

My son was born May 27th and we used the Bundle Me all the time. And this was the regular BM as I don't think the light version was on the market yet.

He didn't really stay completely zipped up in it, but it was so comfy and come the end of the summer/fall/winter we really used it all the time.

It was perfect for cooler nights, breezy days, etc....

I loved my blankets too but this was just always in the carseat and didn't go anywhere
