What time is the nap in relation to when they wake up in the morning and their bedtime? And when do you feed lunch?
Thanks!

We're still sort of struggling with this... DD is 17 months old.
She still needs a nap in the morning, but will not nap in the afternoon if she does in the morning. IMO for DD it's more important she naps in the afternoon.
She still wakes up between 6/7am, we go out around 9:30ish to either play or run errands. She gets a little cranky tired around 10:30, but if she gets a 15 minute cat nap in the car, she is generally okay. We do lunch around 11:30/12:00, play or watch TV for 20 minutes or so afterwards, and I've been putting her down around 1ish for her nap. She will generally sleep until around 4-4:30. Last week she went to 5!!!! Dinner is at 6:00 She still goes down at her regular time for bed which is around 7:30 (we start the bedtime routine at 7)
