Moms pregnant with your second (or more)
When did you start feeling the baby kick all the time?
I felt Jack at around 23 weeks. At 13 weeks I felt some serious flutters but nothing since then.
When am I going to feel this little one? I hate this in-between stage where I feel fine - but I don't feel the baby yet. At least when I was sick it made me feel better about things KWIM?!

Re: Moms pregnant with your second (or more)
I felt flutters at 15 weeks and then nothing for a couple weeks. I'm 21 1/2 weeks now and I still don't feel any kicks. Instead, I feel little thumps really low in my abdomen and it's very sporadic. I can go hours between thumps. My OB did a sono and told me that I have an anterior placenta, which explains why I barely feel anything. It's frustrating because with DS, I was feeling strong kicks by this point! I feel a little robbed in a way! Sometimes I wonder if my little one is okay since I don't feel her move regularly.

felt flutters early...a bit before 12 weeks and now not as much...very random. i use the fetal HB monitor all the time though. Get one for now? Makes you feel a lot better in this inbetween stage!

I have such a bad memory, but I believe it was late for when I felt the kicking on a daily basis. I'm guessing after 18 weeks.

Re: Moms pregnant with your second (or more)
Thanks everyone! I'm almost at the point of crazy where I just want to run into my OB to hear the heartbeat. I don't go back for another two weeks so that's a LONG time away!!!

Re: Moms pregnant with your second (or more)
With DS I was 16 weeks and with DD I was closer to 18 maybe even 19. I remember thinking it was kinda late to feel them.

same here, but I only feel when Im sitting down, if Im running around I dont notice it much. I have the hearbeat monitor for those times when I get nervous, it really helps

Re: Moms pregnant with your second (or more)
Last baby I felt so early - 12+ weeks This one I really didn't feel him until 20 weeks and was a nervous wreck. Now at 32 weeks he never stops moving. I'm also carring totally different so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Re: Moms pregnant with your second (or more)
With DS I felt him kicking at 15 weeks. With this PG I felt DC kick at 9 weeks. I started to feel consistent kicks with this PG starting at week 14.

Re: Moms pregnant with your second (or more)
I actually felt this baby for the first time around 9w and it took me 3 days of it to finally give in and admit that it was the baby - I didn't think it was possible. But then he/she quieted down a lot and I'd only feel it every once in a while.
Now, it seems like every other MINUTE, including 2am is party time in my belly (I'm 22w 5d)
ETA: I felt DS at 15w but it was actual kicks; I think I missed the flutters that go-around since I wasn't really sure what to look (feel?) for.
