Moms that craft...for fun or business
When? Where? How do you find the time?
I don't have the ability to stay up late anymore
nor do I have the ability to rise and shine before the kids.
And when they DO nap together, I nap too (now that I'm PG....I used to clean, cook, do laundry)

Definitely not as easy as it used to be. I have to give DH credit for the time I do craft or work because he's the one that fills in to give me that time.
I put some late nights into things or even put DS in daycare while I took some time off to get things done.

I'll spend a night or 2 a week and scarifice housework or trying to exercise to just sit for maybe 2 hours and get something done. It's not easy and I always feel guilty I didn't do something else I needed to get done.

I scrapbook and I have not managed to do much at all. The photos are piling up. I hope to do some this weekend but I can alreadt list 10 other things that I have to do first! I may start booking myself in advance to attend crops. DH thinks this is a good hobby for me, so he tries to give me time to do it but it is tough!

Both of mine are in bed by 8pm, so I have about 2 hours to myself before DH gets home. I can craft or work if my PT job sends me anything.
It helps that with the money from my job we got a cleaning service so I only have to do light housework now. Most of the laundry gets done on the weekend.

I just started scrapbooking and I do it either before or after he is in bed. Or I take 30 mins when he is watching Blues Clues or something to do it.

My cleaning lady came down with pneumonia. That's part of the reason I do not know if I can get to my scrapbooking this weekend. I plan to just do it myself until she is better. Think I can get my house clean and do some crafts this weekend?

It is hard, especially since I work F/T and then go home to take care of two kids. I wait until my boys go to bed to work on my projects.
